Bio
Rob Bowerman has dedicated his professional life since 1994 to the placement of executives within the retail industry. With a unique focus on specialty and luxury retail, he has developed long-standing relationships with many respected American and European designer apparel, accessory, jewelry and home furnishing brands.
Following a management and buying career, Rob entered the search profession. This allows him to combine his love for the retail industry with the never-ending daily challenges of finding an ideal “fit” for his clients and candidates. His team comes from the retail industry as well, bringing comprehensive, unparalleled industry experience and commitment to the firm.
In 2009, Rob and his team formed The Bowerman Group to further focus their efforts on bringing the best in targeted search and placement services to their client companies and candidates
