Bio

The founders of Kiradjieff & Goode, Inc., Chip Goode and Laura Kiradjieff Goode are recognized as two of the country's leading retained executive search practitioners. Focusing on long-term client partnerships, Chip oversees the development, implementation, execution and consistent successful closure of client engagements. Additionally, he serves on the Board for a number of organizations such as The Entrepreneurship Institute. Chip recently has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and National Business Employment Weekly on trends and issues in New England and the profession. He was educated at Noble & Greenough, Trinity College, The London School of Economics and earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship FROM Babson College. Laura is actively involved with executing senior level search engagements. She plays a key role in our team's ongoing professional improvement, consistent engagement execution and long-term client retention. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke.

Chip and Laura are active members of the Business Associates Club, Luncheon Club of Boston, Northeastern Center for Family Business, The Entrepreneurship Institute, Association for Corporate Growth, The New England Human Resources Association and the Boston Human Resources Association. Chip has also served as Chairman of Fundraising for Noble & Greenough and Laura in a similar capacity as a Board member and Treasurer of the Roxbury-Weston School.
