Bio
In January 1996, Jeff came to Professions for assistance in obtaining a new career but instead was persuaded by Carl Coco into giving recruiting a try. At the end of his first year, Jeff finished #5 out of 13 experienced recruiters and became their first “rookie’ to win the annual incentive trip in Professions then 22 year history.  Jeff received the “Ouota Buster of the Year” award in 1996, 1997 and 2000 and then went on to receive their first ever “Top Gun” award in 2004 as well as 2005 (setting a company sales record in 2005). Since joining Professions, Jeff’s recruiting path has led him from Executive Recruiter in 1996 to Account Manager in 1998 to Partner in March 2002 and subsequently Executive Vice President and elected to the Board of Directors. In July 2000 Jeff obtained the status of Certified Personnel Consultant.  In 2002 Jeff restructured his area of expertise toward the banking industry and has since diversified to include both banking and automotive searches. One of Jeff’s biggest accomplishments is being responsible for personally developing and managing Professions’ largest client. Majoring in Procurement and Operations Management, Jeff received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. Training specific to recruiting includes Chester Karrass’ Effective Negotiating program, Dale Carnegie’s Leadership Training Seminar and Danny Cahill’s Owner and Manager Retreat. Jeff has attended numerous conventions and seminars by NAPS, Ohio Staffing and Search Association and the Ohio Association of Executive Search Professionals. In addition, Jeff is a member of National Paper Trade Association’s Young Leaders Division, a forum of up-and-coming industry leaders.  Jeff lives in West Chester, Ohio with his wife Kelli and 3 children (Blaine, Emma and Drew).  For the past 10 years Jeff has been very involved with the West Chester Soccer Club as both a sponsor and coach.
