Ron Franks joined Gateway Group Personnel in 1998. Upon graduating from the University of Memphis with a degree in Accounting, he began his professional career with a regional public accounting firm, Rhea & Ivy PLC. His clients included companies in the service, manufacturing, automotive, real estate, and healthcare industries. After six years in public accounting, Mr. Franks began his career in professional search and placement. He currently functions as the Senior Consultant in the firm's permanent search division while servicing Fortune 100 to smaller companies in recruitment of the accounting, finance, banking, and information systems disciplines.

Married to Shannon, they have two active sons, Brady and Tyler. Mr. Franks stays busy coaching basketball, baseball, and football throughout the year. He also serves as the golf committee chairman for the Tennessee Society of CPA's - Memphis Chapter.
