Boris Epstein graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in Biology and before embarking on the corporate world he considered careers in law, medicine, dentistry and just about anything else you could think of. After sweating it out in corporate america for one year and confirming that he never again wanted to work for a large company (unless it was one that he built himself), Boris decided to partake in the hi-tech boom by starting a web/multimedia development firm called diceMedia (still in business today). Two years later, Boris parted ways with diceMedia and by complete accident, fell into recruiting and never looked back. Within one year, Boris led his 5-person company in activity and total deals and knew that he found his professional calling.
With a lot of confidence, a gleam in his eye and some borrowed money, he knew it was time to make his mark on the recruiting world and that’s when he founded BINC (www.bincsearch.com). Five years later, Boris has grown BINC into one of the premier Professional Search firms focused exclusively on the Software Marketplace. BINC has represented companies from the biggest and most successful software companies in the world to well-funded, well-managed software startups. Boris currently manages a team of five rock-star recruiters and continues to lead his company in total deals and billings. Boris currently resides in SoCal with his lovely wife and two beautiful children.
