Establishing Management Recruiters of Madison, Inc. on September 11, 1995, a 100% female-owned business, and conducting searches throughout the US, Europe and Asia, she developed this award winning office on the premise of working hard, having fun, taking care of the customer and exhibiting unquestionable passion for her industry niches.
Pat has the good fortune and privilege of making her living in the Outdoor Sports, Fitness, Recreation and Power Sports Industries recruiting Engineers, Product Managers, Marketing and Manufacturing professionals for her clients that manufacture or distribute bicycles, motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs, golf carts, amphibians, fitness equipment, sports apparel and related products. She has worked at many well-known and respected companies including Mercedes-Benz of N.A., Inc. (Chicago, IL), Nissan Motor Corporation (Aurora, IL), Chrysler Systems Leasing, Inc. (Oak Brook, IL) and American Medical Security (Green Bay, WI). Since 1995, she has been building a business – Management Recruiters of Madison, Inc. in Madison, WI. She works in these industries to coincide with her passion for riding bicycles, ATVs and motorcycles well and often, living life fully and having fun. She enjoys building strong companies with the right people.
Accomplishments include being nominated and accepted into "The Pinnacle Society" in February 2008, "MRI Pacesetter" designation annually since 1995, an honor achieved by top recruiters in the MRI Network and placing in the "Top Five MRINetwork Midwest Region Managers".
