Testimonials

Dan Martineau:
Over my 11 years as a member I’ve been to a lot of Pinnacle meetings. Some very good, some excellent and a few that were truly outstanding. The Jamaica conference fits into the category of truly, truly outstanding. While the site was superb, the service doting and the atmosphere of members especially collegial, what made this conference stand out is the value of perspectives and gained and the honesty with which it was shared.

Cliff Miras sharing a more structured and professional approach to communicating with candidates and clients alike; Carolyn Thompson introduced a softer approach to client development and developing referrals from existing clients; Rick Rush the everyday blocking and tackling of his high-energy desk and last but not least, Danny Cahill challenging us to look deep within ourselves for the culprit to our underperformance. I will never again begin my annual desk forensics without beginning with the concept of “free won’t.”

Jordan Rayboy:
Great meeting- As always, I got some takeaways that will give me an ample return on my investment. We should have one conference per year at the beach from now on!!!

Dave Staats:
I’ve made ‘Best Meeting Ever’ claims before and they were true. I have just decided after making 17 of the last 18 that the BME is the one I am in, followed by the one coming up next. I haven’t seen content like Denver in April of 2009 but I could not process content like that in the most beautiful brand new hotel in a magical place like Jamaica anyway.

There just is not another place where people who qualify to be in The Pinnacle Society can get training like this. Sometimes the best training available is just soaking in the random conversation in meals and between sessions. I just don’t care what these meetings cost. I never come back with my kids from Disney World with ideas and word tracks that’ll make me ten times what the trip cost. I love making my kids happy but Pinnacle meetings make it possible to not worry about how much money we spend at Disney World.

Karen Russo:
I am always inspired  and impressed by our membership. People are so genuine and humble yet they still have all the ego they need to be exceptional recruiters. This is an educated and focused-on-great-results group.
