Here is what some members said about Sarasota. You might still have time to come to Toronto and write one yourself!

My first Pinnacle meeting was fabulous.  Great topics, great speakers, great people and a wonderful sharing of ideas across a broad spectrum of industries and specialties.  I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I arrived; but what I had found when I left was a group of similarly minded, successful and ethical individuals that I anticipate will become life long friends and allies in the recruiting community.

All things considered--attendance, venue, content, fun--probably the best Pinnacle meeting I've been to in seven years. Danny Cahill was Danny Cahill (have already started to use some of his "Questions You've Been Afraid to Ask Candidates"); Kathleen was Kathleen (does she define "professional" or what?); the rest of us went along for the ride, and at the Ritz Sarasota, a beautiful ride it was. I vote for Sarasota being a mainstay on our traveling circus.

The most striking change (for the better) is in the membership. Pinnacle has been reinvigorated by an infusion of really talented new recruiters with new ideas and more hair. Add them to the mix of great people already in Pinnacle and you have a very healthy organization.

"I have been a Pinnacle member since 1996 and the Sarasota event was one of the top two I have ever attended. Led by our inspiring leader, Danny Sarch and the Pinnacle Board, the entire program was outstanding!!! Every presentation/discussion was well-run, provided valuable insights and practical ideas to improve how we do business both individually and as a firm. Moreover, our group of professionals amazing energy, intelligence, humor, professionalism and personalities has further served to re-invigorate me and the stakeholders in our firm.

The Ritz also always does a great job and is the right atmosphere for the winners that we are to gather together. This forum provides a great return of investment both personally and professionally. Any search professional who is a top producer ash to be in this elite group to stay at the top of their game...period!  I have also invited all the Pinnacle membership to visit with us here in Boston when they come to town.

Kudos and many thanks again to you and everyone who put this extraordinary event together!"

"I have been to 10 meetings in a row. Trying to pick favorites would be like trying to choose a favorite among my children. It's just not possible. I love them all."
